The Lap Blanket

Dear Walter,

This morning I tested out my newly installed keyboard shelf while I played around with this blog a bit. Mostly the colours. As you can see by the masterpiece at your feet, shades of purple are my LIFE.

My birthday weekend energy wore off some time last night so I spent the day moaning and groaning from tight muscles. (Having fun is exhausting!) It was great timing for my acupuncture appointment actually. She got a reaction from my hip that I had never felt before. I‘m quite sore tonight from that, but in a restorative way. I’m still warm from my epsom salt bath. Self care is a real thing, Walter. You taught me that.

I came up with an idea yesterday that will help me get off the couch and out into the fresh air. It involves recycling while exercising and smiling. I can’t wait. Stay tuned.
